These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and tera4d (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform, website, and related services. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing bets on tera4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered in your name on the tera4d platform, used to access our services, deposit and withdraw funds, and place bets.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by a User on any game, sports event, or betting market offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by tera4d to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Services" means all gaming services, betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, sportsbook, and related features provided by tera4d through our website and mobile platform.
• "User Funds" means all money deposited into your Account, including deposits, winnings, bonuses, and any other credits.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of User Funds from your tera4d Account to your designated bank account or payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility to use tera4d services is subject to the following requirements, and you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia and legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under applicable local laws.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
5. You have not previously been excluded or banned from tera4d or any affiliated platform.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
7. You are using your own funds and not engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
8. You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not restricted by any legal disability.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Immediately notify tera4d support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Not allow minors or other persons to use your Account under any circumstances.

tera4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. If unauthorized activity is detected, we may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

tera4d supports deposits through major Indonesian banks and payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and others as specified on our website. Deposit terms are as follows:

1. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.
2. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit is delayed beyond 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference.
3. tera4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
4. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
5. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity or funds that you cannot afford to lose.
6. tera4d reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3. You must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal. This anti-money-laundering requirement applies to all deposits.
4. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the time of day, payment method, and verification requirements.
5. tera4d reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawals. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals typically require verification.
6. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method and withdrawal frequency. Current fee schedule is available on our website.
7. If bonus funds are active in your Account, withdrawal restrictions may apply until wagering requirements are met. See Bonus Terms below.
8. tera4d reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of this Agreement is suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

tera4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are disclosed at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active (typically Rp 25,000 per spin or hand). Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after the validity period.
• tera4d reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and void winnings if bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms is detected.
• Only one active bonus is allowed per Account at any time. You cannot combine multiple bonuses.
• Bonus terms are provided in full for each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before opting in.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

When placing bets and playing games on tera4d, you agree to the following rules:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
2. In the event of an obvious technical error (such as incorrect odds displayed), tera4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
3. For sports betting, if an event is canceled or postponed, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules.
4. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapid odds changes. Bet acceptance may be delayed during critical moments. tera4d is not liable for bets not accepted due to timing.
5. You may not use automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial advantage. Such activity will result in immediate account closure.
6. Collusion with other players, match-fixing betting, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, and any form of fraudulent betting are strictly prohibited.
7. tera4d reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any User at our sole discretion, especially if irregular betting patterns are detected.
8. Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

tera4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts for specific time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Limit how long you can play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of time spent and money wagered during a session.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21) to access your Account or our services.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or tera4d staff.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for personal gain.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tera4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of tera4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The tera4d name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tera4d and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. You may contact our support team with any complaint, and we will attempt to resolve it fairly within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in our licensing territory for resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through alternative means.

13. Amendments to Terms

tera4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates. For significant changes, we may notify you via email or in-platform notification.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds within 30 days. After this period, we may charge an account maintenance fee for dormant accounts. tera4d also reserves the right to close or suspend your Account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of this Agreement.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents.
• Your Account remains dormant (no login or activity) for 12 consecutive months.
• We cease operations or no longer offer services in your jurisdiction.

If your Account is closed for violations, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance. If closed for other reasons, you may withdraw your balance subject to verification.
